Alfa Laval and RWDC Industries announce joint development agreement

Combined expertise will accelerate scale-up of sustainable materials production to reduce global reliance on single-use, petroleum-based plastics.

Today, RWDC Industries announced a joint development agreement with Alfa Laval. In this collaboration, the two companies have joined forces to ensure that RWDCs first commercial PHA production plant in Athens, Georgia, will be as efficient and well-functioning as possible in terms of separation and heat transfer. The collaboration will not stop there but continue with the aim to improve and optimize further – every new PHA production plant that is built should, in terms of heat transfer and separation, be better than the previous.
